How it works & security
Your account never leaves your hands.
Constans Engine runs on your own MetaTrader 5. We license the software and show you what it does – we never log into your account, never hold funds and never trade on your behalf.
- License and connection checked
The engine only trades with a valid membership, online on your MT5.
- Check every 30 minutes
Session, brakes, band – a signal appears only when everything fits.
- Trade opened
Order on your account, sized for at most 2 % risk, stop set at once.
- Monitored continuously
While the position is open, the engine keeps checking:
Outside the bandDaily brake −3.5 %Overall brake −9 %Session closeConnection to accountStop in place - Closed – flat
Back inside the band or session close: position closed. Nothing stays open overnight.
Everything runs on your own MetaTrader 5 – we never need your password for it.
How it works
From sign-up to first trade
- 1
Become a member
Payment runs through Stripe. We never see your card details.
- 2
Register your account in the Console
You enter login, server, phase (Challenge, Verification or Funded) and account size once in the Console – your password stays with you. The rules and brakes are built in.
- 3
Install the engine
Download the engine, copy it into MetaTrader 5 and start it – no inputs. About 30 minutes, with a guide for every step.
- 4
Live check
The Console checks your setup in real time – terminal, account number, Algo Trading, symbols, heartbeat – and tells you exactly what to fix.
- 5
The engine trades, you watch
Balance, drawdown, open positions and every engine decision appear in the Console. You can stop it at any moment in MetaTrader.
What the engine sends to us
- Account number and server (no password)
- Nasdaq 100 price data for the daily plan (5-minute bars)
- A heartbeat every few seconds
- Balance, equity and daily loss used
- Orders and positions the engine itself placed
- Engine version and rule profile
- Events and errors – for example why a trade was skipped
What we never receive
- Your trading password
- Your investor (read-only) password
- Your prop-firm or broker login
- Your card details – handled by Stripe
- Access to deposits or withdrawals
- Trades you place by hand
What happens if …
… my internet drops?
Every open position has its stop on the broker's server, so it stays protected. Until the engine is back, however, it cannot exit or close at 22:00 – which is why it runs on the MetaTrader VPS in a data centre rather than at home. Missed entries are not taken late.
… your servers are down?
Then the engine opens no new positions – without an answer from our server there is no new trade. Open positions keep their stop at the broker and are closed at the end of the session (22:00) at the latest.
… I cancel?
The engine runs until the end of the paid period, then opens no new positions. Open positions are still managed to the end.
… I switch accounts?
You release the old account in the Console and register the new one – in a few seconds. There is no key.
How we protect the Console
- Encrypted connections (TLS) for all data
- Engine only on registered accounts and approved devices
- Strategy values stay on our server – not in the engine file
- Two-factor login for the Console
- Payments and invoices through Stripe
- Hosting in Europe
